Over 200 people of all ages and skills come together in the lead up, and, during the event every year to give their time to create and maintain a safe and happy environment.
Stewards, Build Crew, Takedown Crew, Trusty Roadies, Sound Crew, Stage Crew, Catering Team, Box Office Team, Merchandise Crew, Traffic Management Team, Stage Managers, Compères, Artiste Meet & Greet Crew, …. just some of the roles taken on for the day by our team, most of whom return year after year, to have a lot of fun working together to make Togfest the safe, well organised and enjoyable festival that it is.
*** Togfest also boasts ‘Two International Crew’ who fly in every year to be a part of the festival!!
Would you like to be involved too?
All crew have all day access to the Crew & Artiste Hospitality area, are fed and watered all day, and are a much valued element of the Togfest experience. Also presented with their much coveted ‘crew’ T shirt in return for their services.
We are also very happy to hear from people who would like to help with admin or publicity/poster/flyer opportunities in advance of the festival.

Although our crew come along for the love of it all, The Togfest Music Festival is very pleased to have been able to provide university references for several of our younger regular team members who have subsequently gone on to music industry related courses and job references for several others.
