Channel 4 documentary featuring TF2009 goes to air 1 August 2010
For those of you that were at Togfest 2009 you may remember an abundance of Film crews. They were making a documentary for Channel 4 which explored how 5 teenagers from the strict Amish community from the USA mid west would understand and deal with life in modern day Britain. As part of the series the makers chose Togfest as one of the experiences to subject the teenager to. The Soundcasters, a young Indie band from Kent, played host to the Amish visitors for the week leading up to their performance at Togfest where the Amish visitors had their first taste of a British summer music festival.
The four part series starts at 8pm on Sunday 25th July on Channel 4 and is titled: Amish: The World's Squarest teenagers.
Togfest features in the second episode of the series, which will be shown on 1st August 2010.
